What it does
Ask the way you would ask a colleague: "List every contact at Acme with their email and owner", "What has happened with Acme lately?", "Log this call on the Hartley account and follow up on Thursday." The assistant answers in a side panel that sits beside the tab you are already working in.
It never gets a general-purpose connection to your CRM. It works through a published set of actions, and the kind of action decides whether it needs your approval: reads run straight away, writes wait for you.
You choose what it may do
- Chat-only: read-only. It can search and answer, but cannot change records.
- Approve each write (the default): every proposed change waits on an approval card.
- Full access: changes happen automatically, and some actions still ask first.
The rules are enforced by the API, not just the panel. It never reads the pages you visit, and you can revoke access in Zoho at any time.
What it will never do
- Empty your recycle bin. A deleted record stays in Zoho's bin for the usual 60 days.
- Delete a module or layout.
- Export your database.
These are not settings you could switch on. They were never built.
Getting started
- Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store.
- Sign in from the side panel.
- Connect Zoho CRM on Zoho's own consent page, then start asking.
