The integration allows you to send information from Zoho to Gong for the Zoho modules: Contacts, Accounts, Deals, Users (they are Deal Owners)

So for the 1st step you need to decide if you need to sync all of the records from these modules, or just part of them. For example, you could sync specific users only. When you decide you need to provide the information to our technicians.

For the 2nd Step you'd need to decide how often you're going to sync the information between Zoho and Gong. E.g. you'd probably not have too many new Deals per day and that's enough to sync it every night. On the contrary, some businesses could have lots of Deals and you'd need to keep them synced every hour or even immediately. When you decide you need to provide the information to our technicians.

Also, you'd probably have any custom fields in your CRM you'd like to see in Gong. It could be any data, like additional contact information, deal parameters and so on. When you decide you need to provide the information to our technicians.

As soon as our technicians have all of the information mentioned above, they're able to generate an integration scheme based on your needs (Integration scheme is a file in a special format which is used for Zoho and Gong integration). They we will use the file to setup the field mapping and frequency of the integration. No worries about all of this technical stuff, we'll do everything required.
